But what often happens is you are left with an abnormally large basement footprint that no one knows what to do with! We worked with these clients to create a basement design that includes a bedroom, bathroom, rec room, family room, bar, mudroom and workshop! The result? A bold basement design that features an amazing black wall, swoon worthy wine room and bar with a show stopping guest bathroom!
